PRIVACY PROMISE:

At Kathy and Kim Originals we value you our customer and will always respect your privacy. Your personal information will never be rented, sold or traded; including your email address to any outside company or person.

SHIPPING:

**NEW** PICK UP OPTION! SAVE ALL SHIPPING CHARGES BY PICKING UP YOUR ORDER! You will receive email notification your order has 'shipped' at which time you will know your order is at Speers Home Improvement ready for pick up. Orders can be picked up at Speers Home Improvement 1428 Speers, Oakville, ON, L6L5M1 Mon-Fri 10-5pm and Sat 10-2. Please note regular 'shipping times' still apply. Please call in advance to ensure someone will be there for you to pick up 905 827 2500. You should receive notification that you can pick up your order in approx 2-3 weeks from ordering. Approx 3 weeks for bag orders. Thanks!

Orders will be shipped in approx 2-3 weeks from order placement. Please note bag and glass bottles can take longer to produce-see notes on product pages and please email us prior to placing your order if you need an item shipped by a certain date. We do our very best to process and complete every order as quickly as possible but at times we do experience delays beyond our control.  We will try to accomodate any rush orders but cannot guarantee. Please email us with rush inquiries.  We ship using CANADA POST service.

Packages in Canada should be recieved between 2 to 10 business days once SHIPPED. You will recieve email notice your package has shipped.

We will ship anywhere in the world however Kathy and Kim Originals is not responsible for any delays in delivery due to customs.

CONFIRMATION OF SHIPPING:

You will receive confirmation via email once your order has been shipped by Kathy and Kim Originals.

RUSH ORDERS:

We will try to accommodate any RUSH orders. Please leave a note in the comment box at the time of checkout if you have special needs and we will do our very best to meet your deadline, no guarantees! Kathy and Kim Originals cannot guarantee rush orders outside of Canada due to the potential delay with customs which is beyond our control.

CANCELLING AN ORDER:

Custom orders can be cancelled and/or modified within the first 24 hours of order ONLY. After the initial 24 hours the order will be in process and cannot be cancelled or changed.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:

PERSONALIZED items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a VALID mistake on the part of Kathy and Kim Originals. Please check your order carefully at the time of checkout. Non personalized items can be returned for EXCHANGE ONLY within 14 days. Please contact us for return or exchange information.

Please contact Kathy and Kim Originals via email to process a return or exchange. We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange. All items are carefully inspected for the highest quality assurance before and after customizing. Return or exchange can be done for manufacturer flaw or customizing error on OUR behalf ONLY. Unfortunately Kathy and Kim Originals does not cover the cost of shipping your unwanted items back, therefore shipping for return expenses will be paid by the customer. Payments made to Kathy and Kim Origianls by Paypal will be refunded using Paypal (less shipping and charges). All fees charged by Paypal for a refund are the responsibility of the customer. All other refunds will be processed by cheque. Please allow minimum 10-14 days to process your refund.

ANY items exchanged or returned MUST be UNWORN/UNUSED and in original condition and packaging.

SALE:

All sales are FINAL. If you have made a purchase using a coupon code then you are able to follow the return/exchange policy stated here.

PRICE ADJUSTMENT:

We will offer coupon codes and promotional events from time to time. Please enter the code at the time of check out. We CANNOT offer price adjustment once your order is placed. In order to receive a discount the coupon codes MUST be entered upon initial order.

We do not offer ANY price adjustment for items that go on sale after they have been purchased or for coupon codes not used at time of check out.

STOCK:

We will take great care to update inventory on our website however if a discrepancy occurs and we are temporarily out of stock on an item you have ordered you will be notified by email IMMEDIATELY and will be given the opportunity to EITHER choose a different style or colour for the item you have ordered or to place your order on hold until we can get what you want.

PRODUCT QUALITY:

Kathy and Kim Originals takes great care to select the highest quality product to deliver to you, from time to time, slight irregularities can occur in fabrics or products that are beyond our control and are naturally occurring. Minor variations in surface texture are not considered flaws.
